Because our products are perishable and food-grade, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns on food products to ensure product safety and hygiene for all customers.
However, if you receive:

A wrong item

A damaged package

An expired product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear images of the product/packaging.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll process a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Refunds will not be issued for taste preferences, minor packaging dents, or delays caused by third-party delivery partners.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
